Hi,
I want to send out my first lot of customer statements, but when I preview them before sending, the report includes balanced transactions with zero balance remaining, is there a way to remove these lines from the statement?

Hello Linda,
In fact for the moment Customer Statement includes all the entries.There is a suggestion to perform an improvement in order to include the possibility to only show open entries at a given time.

I share same opinion as you.I have also given my vote contribution to have this new feature in Customer Statement.
I hope we can get this in a short time, let's see how many votes we can achieve.
