Mobile step instrucions - how to show again

Hi all,

i implemented some step instrucions but i didn't found out where the "don't show again" flag is stored.

I want to to delete the "don't show again" flag so that the step instruction is shown again. Even if I modified the instruction this could be neccessary.

Does anybody has an idea?

    That infornation is user level and is saved in table WHSMobileAppDontShowAgainCategory.

    Is it possible to see/change the data strored in this table in the D365 User Interface? Or do we have to do develop something?

    As far as I know, the configuration is only available on the mobile device to the user and not directly on the D365.

    Hello Matthias,

    Teh table is not readily visible in teh rich client on or table viewer. In response to feedback, I understand Microsoft is looking to expose this table.

    There is a round about way that a worker can reset it or view instructions that are marked 'Do not show Again'.

    When in the menu, click on the header (anywhere by the input field). This will pop-up:

    Select 'Step Instructions' to see the instruction and to have the choice to disable the 'Do not show again' flag
