Hi, According to the official documentation, to import data into a Dynamics 365 entity, you can follow these steps. 1.Prepare the data to be imported, you can download the Excel template or prepare the Excel file yourself but note that the maximum file size allowed is 8MB. 2.Open the application and then select a table from the left navigation bar, on the command bar, select the type of file you want to import from it. 3. You also need to pay attention to the data mapping, i.e. the correspondence between the Excel columns and the entity's columns, and there are additional steps to be done for the option sets and lookup columns.
