Convert "ASP.Net core Web AP" to "ASP.Net Web Application(.Net Framework)"

I built a project on ASP.Net core Web API but I have multiple issues with the server because it's an old server I can't upgrade now.

Will I be able to convert my project from core web API to ASP.Net Web Application(.Net Framework)? if yes, any video or article to read or guide me on the migration step? Please advice

    You can ask in ASP.NET Core forum at Microsoft Q&A, at Stack Overflow or so.
