Does anyone knows what is /Encore General App/? It is stopping the environment from upgrade, it has no new update and I cannot find it in appsource. Then environment is SaaS environment.
I only can find below app by encore which is not the same app
Hi, I haven't used this app, nor can I find it in the standard environment.
You can find it in Extension Management, and uninstall it.
Or open its help page from the uninstall page and contact the partner directly.
