Hi,
I’m currently researching the licensing requirements for a Dynamics NAV 2018 developer instance on-premise as part of an upcoming project. We need full C/SIDE development rights (C/AL design & coding), but I don’t have access to PartnerSource/CustomerSource to pull the official price lists.
Based on quotes online, my current USD estimates for 2025 are:
Starter Pack (core ERP + 3 Full CALs): ≈ $5 000
Additional Full CAL (per user beyond the first three): ≈ $3 000 each
Limited User CAL (view-only/restricted-write): ≈ $600 each
Application Builder granule (create new C/AL objects): ≈ $8 000
Solution Developer granule (modify protected C/AL objects): ≈ $28 000
Annual Enhancement Plan (Software Assurance): 19 % of total list price (renewals Oct 2024–Oct 2025), increasing to 20 % effective Oct 2025
