Hi, It looks like there was a problem with the environment creation.
Replace the domain in the URL below and you can open the Admin Center.
https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/CRMbc572567.OnMicrosoft.com/admin

where can i find this admin end? this is my first time using business central and i have activated my email but that's about it, i haven't logged into the profile at all
If you try /admin on the end of the url, are you able to reach the admin center. There is a function there where you can restart the environment.

i tried different bowsers and cleared caches and still same issue
