Hi All,

We are currently running RMS 2.0.2000 the very latest version for our clients

i want to know whether microsoft has an installation pack that has the main RMS installation plus  all the hotfixes in them because now i think there are about 10 different updates to run after installing rms which the clients are complaining about.

Currently I have 30 shops to install RMS with a minimum of 4 POS machines, this is going to be very hectic

    Hi Michael. I think there is no installation pack, you have to install the software (from the CD or download it from the web) and then install the latest Cumulative Pack to install all the latest updates. Even more, if I'm not wrong (someone will confirm this for sure), the latest CU has a posterior update (for a bug fixing).
