good day, how does RMS handle returns from another store.

Scenario: If a Ball is purchased from store A, and then tried to be returned at store B in an HQ environment. Can this be achieved .

    this is one of the weakness of RMS, especially when item is serialized.

    I hope Microsoft give us a good solution.

    I can understand why this feature would be desirable. This would make a good product suggestion.

    To be as effective as we can, we recommend you search previously submitted feedback and suggestions and suggest you vote on suggestions which have already been submitted by someone else, remember the more votes the more likely an item will make it into the products in the shortest timeframe.     Unfortunately this is not a great short-term answer to this issue.  We have looked into creating a tool that would allow for global returns in the past, and it certainly is doable.  If you are interested in learning more about what it would take to implement, please drop me an email and we can discuss!
