How to programmatically detect when a team member has picked up an item from the team Queue Items?

Hi All,

Is there any possible way to detect when when a team member has picked up a record of the team queue using code - c# preferably ? Pls any one with this knowledge should share.

    Hi

    When an Item is picked from Queue, the Queue item record is updated to set the Worked By.  If you create a workflow or plugin to trigger on Update of Queue Item, you can definitely do things like send an email to manager or team lead notify that User A has picked up this item.

    Kokulan the workedBy field is a lookup to a Team, I want the exact user in that Team that accepts the record to be worked on. Is this Possible?

    hi Kokulanthough it shows a user in the ui, but behind the scenes, as you can see below, it lookups to a team:

    Hi Boss,

    There is a plugin message for QueueItem entity which you can use. The message will return you the workerid in the input parameters.

    Hey

    Its interesting that you are getting a team lookup. What version of CRM you are using and could you also provide details on any additional apps installed on your instance. I am only getting the following for Worked By
