I received the following FRx error. Has anybody seen this before.
"Error # -2147467261 Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Have tried to reinstall the FRx? It seems objects need to be registered.

Can you provide some more detail? Is this a new installation of FRx? Or was this working and stopped? What version and SP of FRx? What OS? Does this happen on one computer or all computers?
Victoria, So far just an error for one person in a Citrix environment. Not a local install of FRx. Not a new install and we are on 6.7.10343. Also other people can run the report.

I will look for KB to see how to verify objects have been registered.
So on the same Citrix server other users are not getting an error running the same report? If so, that would seem to indicate a permissions issue. Can you see what is different about the Windows permissions for the user getting the error compared to those that are not?
