eConnect_out table not populated

Hi

     I am shriram, working in eConnect.First i executed the sample eConnect_CSharp_ConsoleApplication solution file.The values getting updated in GP customer maintenance window.

But the eConnect_out table is not updated with the values.

Can any one help me out......
