Power Bi permissions

Hello,

My company has power bi reports connected to BC.

They access these reports within BC and they have the correct licensing for power bi. 

We have users how need to look at this report but we do not want them to have the SUPER permissions. 

Any idea what permissions we should use for this?

    Are the reports not showing up for the user is that your issue?

    Is it standard Power BI reports or customized reports?

    Have you assigned them the M365 collaboration permission set?

    Hi, This is also related to the page where the report is located. I suggest you use the Record Permissions feature to collect the required permissions.

    Specifically to the part of setting up the scheduled refresh.

    The user PBI uses to refresh data is usually not the user that is looking at the report.

    The NST will apply permissionsets to the user that is setup to refresh the data in the PBI service.

    You can in PBI share the report with other users. Those users will be able to see the reports in BC, even if they do not have permissions on the underlying data.

    If you don't want that, you can implement RLS in Power BI.
