Change User Licence Type from Application to other?

Hi,

while testing different access options I was playing around with the Licence Type on User card. Once I changed it to Application, no errors were shown, but the User is not listed in the page 9800 "Users".
When opening the table (in the URL adding &table=2000000120 I still see the user), and I cannot create him again, as it says User already exists.

Anyone knows how the Licence Type can be changed back in a user friendly way? Or only through some CMDLETs?

Anyone has experience with these additional licence types - External (user,administrator,accountant) and Application? Do they cost additionaly? Where they can be used? What are the limitations?

Updated user license type through Administrative Shell CMDLET. Didn't find any options to do it from User Interface or configuration package.
