Activate Quote missing from Trial (with Field Service)

I have a new trial version of CRM Online 2016 - includes Field & Project Service.  I want to use standard OTB Sales Functionality.

I have created a Quote from the Opportunity - but Activate Quote is missing from Quote ribbon.  There are no configuration or customisation changes.

How can I use standard Sales functionality in this trial version please?  Draft Quote to Activate Quote to Create Order
