Good morning,

when using workflow responses, I have successfully gotten then system to send emails using the "Create a notification for %1." action. This provides a dropdown box of recipient userid to select who should be notified. Is there a way to have an email generated to a group of users, or can it only be done user by user?

Not by standard.

You can create a new group / distribution email address in your email server and use that email address in BC.

You can assign an email account which is a Group email account to the User Recipient ID.

You could only specify one single recipient.

This is a good candidate for ideas site.
