Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

Smart Connect Map Error: "This record is currently being edited by another user."

When I attempt to open a Smart Connect map, I receive the error message:  "This record is currently being edited by another user."

There are no other users in the record.  I've restarted GP, but that didn't help.

It seems like there must be a phantom process out there, but it's not in the GP Process Monitor.  Is there another place to go to clear Smart Connect "phantoms"?

    Answered my own question...but here it is in case anyone else needs it:

    Microsoft Dynamics GP

    ---> Tools   --->  Smart Connect  --->  Activity

    In the window that pops up, you should see the map that is locked.  SImply highlight that map and click the minus sign ("-") on the right side of the activity bar.  Confirm the delete and you should be good to go.

    For clarity for anyone who comes across this in the future, Don't look in Microsft Dynamics GP for these menu items but in Smrt Connect's menu items.
