I checked my spreadsheet: it has 3 columns named "Email", "Full name", "Company name"
So I don't understand the error message.

Are you using Configuration Package (RapidStart) or Edit in Excel?
If you are using Configuration Package did you Export the Excel file then updated with info and imported again? or you are uploading the file you have designed? Based on what I see in your file I think this is your fie and not what you downloaded from BC (normally they have section that list the table, table no, etc / see below). If this is correct this is probably why you are receiving that error.
For edit in Excel you should be simply add the above at the end of your data and publish without error.
