we are using inventory adjustment journal with workflow for all the adjustments to be reviewed before posting, but when the Warehouse app is used for running the stock adjustments both are adjusting In and out, system auto process those journals without going thru approval process.
Am I missing any config that even those adjustments go thru the workflow ...????
You are not missing any configuration, they are posted as work.
We made a new menu item at my former workplace that just created the journals for manual posting. I recommend you do something similar.
