Hi All,

Whenever I am trying to preview one of my custom reports on one tenant, it is working fine. But, the same report shows 'Working in it' error (and system crashes) with another tenant. Unable to figure out why is this happening.

Any clues ?

Hi,

This means few things

1. Server Instance is not responding probably before of infinite loop execution.

2. Issue in your network speed as sometimes the session doesn't disconnect.

3. Your Sandbox is probably on Update.

Try creating a new Sandbox and deploy your Report on it.

If this issue persists you can contact Microsoft Support who can assist you in upgrading your environment.
