warningtime and failuretime drop down values - how to configure or override?

Hi all
 
relatively new to Dynamics365 but we are trying to set the warningtime and failuretimes for our SLAs beyond the 3 day limits in the drop down box.
 
I can't find any documentation on how to do this beyond setting up multiple SLAs which don't fit how we work.
 
I can't imagine that these aren't configurable somewhere - can anyone advise as to how this is done please?
