I am using netscaler for load balancing CRM servers. Do we need to check "Deployment uses NLB" checkbox from Deployment Manager?

Thanks

    Hi,

Yes, you need to select this option.

Also, you can read about it here:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-365-deployment-properties

    Best,

    Hi,

Yes, as selecting this would set Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement to configure Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) to use the encryption certificate to encrypt, decrypt, and sign the Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement session authentication cookies. The encrypted cookies can then be processed by any server in the NLB cluster.

But I am not using NLB, I am using NetScaler to load balance CRM servers.
