Good afternoon all.

I have had this issue pop up on trying to release a sales order to a production order - anyone else had this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated as we currently cant process any orders

Recalculate must be equal to 'No' in Routing Line: Routing No.=C0000003592, Version Code=, Operation No.=020. Current value is 'Yes'.

I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

As a starting point, you can have a look here:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../production-how-to-create-production-orders-from-sales-orders

It does look like in Copy Document on the Sales Order, the recalculate lines option is checked.

    Thanks.

Thanks Marco, i can up with the same thing late yesterday, I checked the live system and looking at the configuration packages, there is a value against recalculate as true, ive checked our UAT environment where it works still and its false, what im not sure of is if there are any other impacts of this change?

    Hello,

Great to hear that you found that setting and the possible root cause of the issue that test / production does not match. I assume you need to find out why that setting was needed in test while a test environment is supposed to be a match of the production environment.

Maybe your CSP or the person that did setup the environment does know why that settings is had to be disabled / enabled?

    Thanks.
