Hi All,

I am using Microsoft Flow to send a Approval email with case details in the body of the email

I can't able to set the actual text for few option set values.I can't see dynamic values. It is showing actual value in the email received

How to fix this.

I believe what you are encountering is that the flow is populating the Option Set integer value in an Approval email body instead of Option Set option text label, is that correct?

There are a couple of options.

    1. Use the standard CDS connector and you can reference the label with the format <name of the field>_label in the flow expression. e.g. items('Apply_to_each')['_customertypecode_label']

    2. If you are using CDS (current environment) connector, query the label from the stringmap table.

You can read more details about the solution 1 and 2 in this blog post http://crmaddicted.blogspot.com/2020/01/working-with-optionset-lables-in-power.html

    3. Create a Child Flow to return the Option Set Text
