I have 3 phonecalls forms, Form A, Form B, Form C. A user opened form A and worked on it finished his work and closed the browser, later one of the developers deleted form A (for his reason...) now when the user wants to enter phonecall forms B or C he can't because form A is the default and I get an exception : systemform With Id = 5f3a6519-b009-4cc1-91a1-bd6f099e7bcf Does Not Exist, how can I change that? can I change that? I mean change the default form?

i hope the form deleted was not a Main out of the box form as you might face issues in future.
anyway you cannot set another default main form but set the order of the form - you can navigate to Settings> Customization>Customize the system or from your main solution. navigate to Phone call entity , expand the entity , click on forms , select any main form and click on form order as below :
select the order and click okay and publish all customization and try again and before that clear the browser cache/cookies. Also try in inprivate.
also you have to consider the security role applied to these forms from option " Enable Security roles"
