Great Plains and SQL- Determine month end close

Hi Great Plains community!

I am working with Great Plains in the back end (SQL) to see if I can trigger when the month is closed.  I understand there is no 'Hard' close in GP but I know there is a series of check boxes that are checked to close the period.

My question is, does anyone know where those check boxes map to in the SQL database?

Thanks!

The checkboxes are in the SY40100 table. The system checks the status of the checkboxes using dexterity scripts.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Leslie,

Thank you so much for the response. I found the table but have a questions.

The 'CLOSED' column has either a 0 (False) or a 1 (True) value.  I see the previous and current period have a mix of 0s and 1s which makes sense.

Whey do future periods show as all 1s? Is it because they are not open yet?

    Dave
