Hi Guys Is there a way to customise the Opportunity Close entity? I want to add some options to the pull-down when Opportunity is lost. Thanks Paul

    This can be done trough customization:

    Open CRM - Settings - Customization - Customize entities - Open opportunity entity

    Open Attributes section and  open Status Reason attribute

    Add required Status Reasons

    Save Attribute

    Publish entity
