Planning Worksheet showing back dated Purchase Orders

Hi All,

I am running my Planning Worksheet and see that I have Purchase Orders in Back Date (early and mid 2022).

Eg:

Due Date - 03/16/2023

Stating Date - 30/09/2022

Qty -50

Today, even if I create a new PO of 50, MRP (on refreshing) asks me to cancel the new PO and make a back dated PO based on Starting Date.

(to verify, I created back dated PO and the MRP messages disappeared).

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET RID OF ALL THE MESSAGES IN MRP as I have over 2000 parts ?

Any and all help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Aman
