Dynamics 365 Keep Asking for Login repetitively

Hello,

I restore my CRM database using the backup I did 4 months ago. After the backup is done, I tried to re-import the organization unit and when I open the dynamics 365, all features inside it (e.g making new cases or opening custom entity) is pop-up a login page. When I enter the credential it still shows the login pop-up. But if I click cancel, the CRM works normally fine and if I click custom entity or cases again it will pop up the login (again). Anyone have the solution for this? I tried things I have found on google :

1. Enable kernel authentication mode

2. Prioritize NTLM login instead of Negotiate

3. (by default) Claim-Based Authentication and IFD is disabled on the deployment manager

Note : All my server (APP,Async, and DB) are separated on different VM's

I have the same question (0)
