Workflows for Leads created outside UI

hi guys,

We have an iintegration to our website wher if a user fills a form, it will create a Lead in our CRM with the system user as owner. Depending on some of the fields I have a workflow that reassigns the lead to the right team/user.

Since all workflows triggers from the interface, how could I trigger my workflow, each time a web form is sent?

    You can set the workflow to run on the lead create

    Or

    Workflow to run on the change of a certain field

    Are you capturing the source of the lead on your lead form? If so, you can set the Lead Source as 'Website" though integration, and then create a workflow, which fires on create of the Lead. In your workflow, you can check if the lead source is "Website" and perform additional steps accordingly.
