Sending emails to time Sheet Defaulters

Hi,

I have a situation where I need to send emails to the resources who have not filled their Time-Sheet for the previous week.

I have the data now how do I in BC send the email to the list of individuals from BC.

Any help is much appreciated.

    Create an api page or query and use it in Power automate to iterate through and send emails
