Hotfix #37 Possible Issue - Lookup Screens not refreshing

We are currently testing Hotfix #37 at a couple of our locations.  There is a random issue that is occurring at both the locations.  This has started happening after applying the latest Hotfix #37.

The issue:

When the Item or Customer lookup screen is triggered, there are Items or Customers that do not show up on the lookup screen, even though they are physically present in the database

We have to refresh the screen (by clicking the column headers sort button) to refresh the screen at which time the missing Customers or Items will appear.

Anyone else seeing this issue ?

    We are seeing the same issue in the Item screen in Manager on some machines. All items are only visible upon re-sorting.

    You may also check your Customer Lookup screen.   I believe you will see the same issue there too.

    Its partly RMS and partly hardware.  RMS really screwed up on 2.0.1000 when they decided to update the screen about every 5 seconds, which slowed some systems to a crawl.

    Now they've gone the other way and slowed the screen refreshes to a crawl and one has to refresh the screen manually to see changes. It really will refresh on its own, faster machines count faster than slower ones, its on a timer loop.

    As usual MS usually gets it right on the 3rd time, understand a hotfix is in the works with another Service Pack soon after.  Don't know though which, if either, will fix it.
