Greetings all,
I am trying to perform a simple upload of sales contacts into Dynamic CRM. In the .csv file I have included a column called "USER" which identifies the saleperson the contact should be assigned to after the import. In my data map I map the USER field to the "Owner" field.
Naturally, when I import the file, all the contact records are "owned" by me (the importer). I'm sure I'm making a simple mistake, but I cannot find a reference to this problem anywhere. Am I mapping to the wrong field?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Probably the easiest way is to break the current file down into a seperate file, one for each owner; then when you import, set the owner to that particular user.
