Flow from sales quote status

Hi! We are now integrating Microsoft Sales to Business Central. Any won quote from Sales will be found in the list /Sales quote - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/ and be marked as /Won/. I would like an automatic flow with en e-mail notification when this happen. I could not find a matching template and am just knew the basics about flows.

This is table 5351 and it is the status field marked as /Won/ I am looking for as a event starter. Is anybody able to help with this?

By win a quote do you mean convert to order? In BC you can win an opportunity which has a quote associated with it. Upon conversion of the quote to order a prompt will appear asking if the opportunity is won. Events wise I would be searching for things around these user experiences in the web client
