Hope you're all doing well! I'm struggling with formatting a merge field in a Word Template on a entity in CRM.
Even though I look at the this article: https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/microsoft-dynamics-crm-forum/206907/crm-word-template---format-date it doesn't work using the code.
The field i'm mapping is a Date and Time field, and I would like to change the front properties, rather than switching this field in CRM to a Date only field.
Who can help???? We tried using the following by pressing CTRL + F9 {DATE createdon \ @ "dd-MM-yyyy"} but it gives the currentdate instead of the formatted createdon field.
