We are facing a problem in an integration between Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM. During the synchronization of the accounts-customers (which is bidirectional), many accounts fail to synchronize with the following error:
Cannot update the CRM Account record because both the Customer record and the CRM Account record have been changed
I have yet to find how a consistent way to "unblock" those records and force a synchronization even if it is in a specific direction. From the coupling options on the customer card when I'm trying to synchronize from BC to Dataverse I still have that failure. The only actual way I have found is to uncouple and then re-couple again the two records to break that state. Is there any better process I could do that can also be applied to many/all records? What are some good options?
