How to re-produce deleted sales transactions into RSSU (Retail Channel Database) once deleted.

Dear All,

I have on premise RSSU and MPOS installed.

I want to know is there any way to transfer sales transactions from MPOS (Retail Offline database) into RSSU (Retail Channel Database) once auto synchronised. My case is due to some reason some sales transactions are deleted from RSSU (Retail Channel Database) that came from MPOS (Retail Offline database) auto.

How we can re-create those deleted transactions into RSSU (Retail Channel Database) so that statements can be post into D365FO.

Any help in this regard

I have the same question (0)

    Yes,

I checked the CRT.TABLEREPLICATIONLOG table in both databases. In retail channel database this table keeps the records of transactions that pulled into FO and if cleard this table then system synchronised all the transactions with each other.

    BUT

my case is between MPOS offline database and retail chanel database, actually what happened after transactions moved from MPOS database to RSSU databse then RSSU server crashed and we then need to configure RSSU server from scrash and also we lost all the RSSU databse bakups, so then sales transactions from MPOS already moved into RSSU database before server crash, so now those transactions are missing after rebuild RSSU server.

AFAI, the transaction will be deleted from offline DB once they are successfully synched to channel database (Cloud CSU or self hosted CSU (RSSU)). I am not sure if that has changed. Why do you think the transaction was synched to Channel database and how did the transaction get deleted from RSSU ?

We used to clear crt.tablereplicationlog in channel database to repull the data to HQ. I am not sure if this works in offline DB. This is a new area for me, check for any table named replication in channel database or offline DB to see if there is a log maintained.
