I have a usergroup who have a problem to activate the copy document button at the salesorder header.

I expect it to be a permission issue since other users have the function available.

Any suggestions on how to solve this?

Hi

is it always grey out? It is grey out for me when I create new sales order without activating No. field

I will check this with the user. I did notice this as well that order number needs to be inserted before button is active.
