I want to create an application for a restaurant  on windows 8 tablet integrate with RMS

    Why not use a restaurant POS instead of trying to make a Retail POS work.  RMS doesn't handle restaurants.  

    If you want a tablet though try either a hp Elitepad 900 or MX10.  make sure to get a full windows pro OS
