Can someone let me know what the most recent policy is for a lost activation key? Both with support and without? If they have support is it free or do they still charge $50? Without support I am pretty sure they need to get their support current first right?

I believe that is still policy, I think if you are on Maintenance, you could get them once per year whereas no Maintenance will have to buy it first.
But, they no longer send key cards, all licenses issued since August 15th 2011 (I think) are now online in CustomerSource, so they don't charge a shipping fee (the $50) any longer.
