Hi Everyone: Is there a separate transaction option for 'Disposal of an asset' OR is it always treated as a 'Retirement of an Asset'?

How do I handle disposing / scrapping of an asset, when it has no residual value, and is not being sold? I can do this manually by entering the proper set of JE's, but how would I do this using the Fixed asset system?

All disposals of assets are processed through the Retirement window. The different types of retirement are covered in the Retirement Type drop-down list.
