Set Collection Address on Sales Return Order

Good morning!

I found plenty of articles on Sales Return Order when the customer returns the item.

When the items need to be picked up by our drivers, and the customer has multiple locations, where do i indicate which location he should go to?

    Hi, there is only our location (Ship-to) on the Sales Return Order, because it is returned to our warehouse.

    But what you mentioned is indeed a problem, we don't know where to pick it up.

    Personally recommend using Responsibility Center, you can add multiple addresses.

    Thank you for your answer, informative and helpful as usual :-)

    I think this will work for us.

    Do I need to modify report 207 so that I see the Responsibility Center Address on the printed document for the drivers?

    Do you have any advice on how I can do that?

    I do have access to NAV Development Environment and can make changes there
