Hi

I have been passed a prospect with 1-9 employees who want an expert with logistics experience to recommend a solution to increase their sales. I'm thinking of looking at CRM in the Cloud, but are there any warehouse/logistics functions in CRM, or should it be coupled with NAV/GP (AX would be too big)

    Hi,

    CRM don't have out of the box logistics functionality, but it can be build based on the requirement, but if it is complex I will suggest to do integration with ERP systems depending on the level of complexity and resources.

    Hello.

    MS CRM is not focused on the logistic industry, so you have to buy solutions of software vendors. But the combination of AX and CRM gives you a strong base for your requirements.
