Account entry is incomplete

Accounting issue - on an intercompany journal entry, end-user cannot post a BOMRCT transaction because 2 items are getting an 'Account entry is incomplete' error.  How do I trace this back to the inventory to find the item(s) causing the problem?  I saw that this was a known error and a service pack was issued for GP 2009 but this is GP 2010 and there are no KB's for GP 2010.  Any suggestions?

I'm seeing in the GL10001 that there are 2 lines with zeroes as the actindx.  How can I find out what inventory items are causing this?

I'm not 100% on this but that sure looks like it originated from an Assembly Transaction.  Do you use the Inventory Bill of Material in your operation?

    Yes - I have a RCT #

The I would look at the Assembly Transaction Inquiry window to see if you can track it down.

Looking at that - only one transaction showing and all items have an inventory account number (the same one) and they all have the same variance account number.   ????
