Processing credit card reconciliations with multiple statements

I have a credit card setup as a bank account, so it can process bank account reconciliations for the credit card. The issue right now is there are multiple users, and rather than having only one statement centralized, there are actually multiple unrelated statements. The question now is how would I process bank account reconciliations for the credit card given this issue. Would I need to setup additional credit card bank accounts for the other users? The statement last balance and ending balance is different and unrelated between the two statements

Hi, I think you can use same bank account but you can create different reconciliations for each statement. Will it not resolve the issue? If I understand correctly.

    Hello,

One recommendation would be to have different banks for credit cards, which would allow you to have different statements and reconcile them independently.

    I hope this helps.

Yes , since each credit card statement has its own unrelated balance and reconciliation cycle, you’ll need to set up separate bank accounts in Business Central for each statement/user. A single bank account in BC can only reconcile against one continuous statement, so multiple parallel statements require separate bank account cards.
