Multiple line field not displaying multiple lines

Hi,

We have a Multiple Lines text field that is set to show 5 number of rows but it's only displaying 1. Any advice to get it to show 5 rows please? 2018_2D00_06_2D00_11-12_5F00_26_5F00_27_2D00_Form_5F00_-Opportunity.png

Hi,

how about other browsers? are they behave the same? if yes, try to clear cache.

Hi,

If you have done required changes and published, try to clear browser cache or try to see if behaviour is same in another browser. Sometime clearing browser cache will help .

Not sure why its not working from your side, I did similar but mine working . try to do similar as like my screenshot its should work.

Make sure you published the form. Try to move the fields in another place and add a spacer below the fields and do publish all customization. Clear browser cache and press CTRL+F5.

Also try with increase row number .
