Screen Display/Pop-Up

I have several users complain that when they select to open a screen, it either hides in the background or is minimized to the lower portion of their display and they must maximize the screen in order to view it. This only happens for some users. Can anyone explain why this occurs and how it can be corrected?

    They are double clicking in the main screen. Double click in the sidebar, single click in the main screen area.

    Another thing to check is the SaveSettingsOnExit value for the users who are having trouble. This value should be set to 0. This field is found in the UserRec table in your SYS database.
