CRM 2013 - Missing Fields When Creating New System Job Email Template

We recently upgraded from CRM 2011 to CRM 2013.  When we upgraded we changed our organization name and also changed our URL.  So, recently noticed that in the duplicate detection email template it still had the old URL in it.  I changed the URL in the template.  Now in the email if you click the link it doesn't include the GUID.  Here is the link I get (for this example I replaced parts of the URL with X's) - https://internalcrm.XXXX/XXXXX/tools/asyncoperation/edit.aspx?id={7B7AA167-CDFF-E411-B8D7-005056B9002A}

So, since we were having issues with it I wanted to create a new email template for the duplicate detection task.  Below is what the email template looks like currently.

When I create a new email template and try to add the fields, I am not seeing all the same fields to add.  For example, there should be one called "system job" but it isn't there.

So, is it not possible to re-create these email templates for system jobs?

Thanks!
