PTE App Lost from Customers Sandbox Environment hasn't been updated

Hi,

Sometime overnight my custom app that we are developing for a customer has been removed from their sandbox environments. This app was uploaded to the sandboxes from VS code yesterday.  There are 3 sandboxes 2 have the same version of our app the other has a newer version.  This isn't due to the monthly upgrade though as that hasn't happened yet.

I have scheduled the environments to be updated next week to 20.3.  They are currently on 20.2.41144.41547 and I updated them to 20.2 last month.

Does anyone know why this has happened or somewhere I can find logs to try and troubleshoot what has happened?
