My Quote is a PDF document containing rates of a courier business. In Microsoft CRM 4.0, using Internet Explorer, I have created a Quote under the opportunity and have attached this PDF. Now I want to send this quote as email to the associated Contact/Account from within the Opportunity. I want that after doing this, it reflects under activites/history for later reference.
1. How can I send a quote that has attachment(s) from opportunity details screen in Internet Explorer.
2. If I have created/revised multiple quotes for an opportunity, how do identify, which one is the last.
